We do! We offer FREE standard shipping for the below countries:
- Australian orders over $150.00 AUD (approx. 3-6 business days)
- New Zealand orders over $300.00 AUD (approx. 5-8 business days)
- UK, USA & Canadian orders over $500.00 AUD (approx. 6-9 business days)
- Other international destinations orders over $500.00 AUD (approx. 10-25 business days)
Kindly note that duties & taxes for all International orders are not covered by Lot 314.

Lot 314 operates from the beautiful Adelaide Hills in South Australia, and this is also where your order will be shipped from.

Kindly note that we cannot ensure a guaranteed delivery time for all orders once they have been shipped by us. Please understand that any shipping delays caused by Australia Post/International Australia Post after the item has been dispatched are beyond our control. Returns
If you have a change of mind, we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange, given the return meets the conditions below:
- Item(s) are returned within 14 days (from the date received on your tracking).
- Item(s) are in their original & unused condition with all labels or tags attached (if applicable), and in original packaging.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
If your return meets the requirements as stated in our returns policy, you may send your order back to us. To initiate a return, please email us at studio@lot314.com and we’ll take you through the process.

Returns due to change of mind are at the customers expense. We request that you use Australia Post tracked parcel post to ensure your return makes it back to us safely (or a secure logistics partner if you are based internationally i.e. outside of Australia).
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit on their way back to us, or any shipping costs (including any additional packaging required to return your order).
Payment
All prices on the website are listed in local currency. To change your country/currency view, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and select your country/currency in the footer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay and Lot 314 E-Gift Vouchers.
E-Gift Vouchers
You can send an E-Gift Voucher by visiting the link here. Simply select your denomination and add the E-Gift Voucher to your cart. Then, proceed to the checkout as normal.
If you wish to send this to a recipient, you can enter their email, name and a message by ticking the box "I want to send this as a gift" on the E-Gift Voucher product page and filling in the details.
If you've received an E-Gift Voucher from us, follow the below steps redeem your voucher:
- Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
- Enter your e-gift voucher number in the "Discount code or gift card" field.
- Select "Apply" to deduct the e-gift voucher amount from your order total.
- Finalise all details at checkout and select "Pay now".
Please note, if the balance available on the e-gift voucher is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can continue and complete the order. If the balance available on the e-gift voucher is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Yes, you can! Simply go to our E-Gift Voucher page here and fill in the details. You can select a date to schedule when you E-Gift Voucher is sent to the recipient.
